Why Choose Recover Physio?

We’ve been serving happy customers in Norwich since 2012, thanks to our vision to create a different kind of Physiotherapy practice, focused on permanent recovery rather than pain management alone. We work with people of ages and activity levels, specialising in treating muscular, skeletal and nervous system issues.

We pride ourselves on giving everyone the time to talk through their problems, allowing us to fully understand and help in the best way we can. We work closely with our patients to deliver treatment programmes that get results, while providing friendly support and encouragement at every step along the way.

The first step is to book an Initial Assessment, where you’ll have the chance to talk through your issue and receive an assessment to diagnose the problem. We’ll then start a treatment programme, which will include hands-on therapy alongside rehabilitation exercises you should do at home between sessions, and why they’re needed.

Book your Initial Assessment online via the button below.

Customer Experience

On arrival, please go through the main entrance and straight to the main reception to the left, where the team will show you to our waiting area. You will be greeted by your Physiotherapist who will explain the whole process of the appointment and give you the time to explain your issue so we know exactly what your problem is. They will then assess and diagnose any problems and begin a treatment and rehabilitation programme.  We always ensure our patients are central to their own rehabilitation and understand how each treatment technique or exercise is addressing.
