The Nest

The Nest is Recover Physio's newest location. Opened in 2021, our clinic is open to all to take advantage of our spacious and modern treatment room. The Nest also provides the unique opportunity to use outdoor facilities as part of rehabilitation if required.

The Nest boasts an impressive 22-acre site, with large flood-lit 3G pitches as well as grass pitches for use by our Physiotherapists. Taking advantage of outdoor space can make the difference when it comes to final rehabilitation before returning to sport, something which isn't offered within the NHS. Our clinic room is private and quiet, ensuring you get the time and attention you need to recover. We don't just treat sports people, anyone who requires Physiotherapy can make use of the facilities offered at The Nest.

You'll find The Nest just off Holt Road to the North West of the city, close to Norwich Airport. There's ample free, onsite parking and the building is fully wheelchair accessible. On arrival, please go through the main entrance and straight to the main reception to the left, where the friendly team will show you to our waiting area.
