Why Choose Recover Physio?

We’ve been helping people in Norwich since 2012, using a mix of treatments that we know work and rehabilitation techniques designed to get you back to your optimum health and activity levels. Our aim for every patient is not only to remove the pain, but to also fix the underlying problem to ensure it doesn’t come back.

Our team will work closely with you to create a treatment programme that will deliver results, including support and encouragement at every step of the way. We have had hundreds of satisfied Recover Physio clients and pride ourselves on making sure everyone has the time to talk through their problems so we can fully understand and help in the best way possible.

We specialise in treating issues of the muscular, skeletal and nervous system and have helped a wide range of people of all ages and activity levels.

The first step is to book an Initial Assessment where you will have the time to talk through your issue and we will perform an assessment to diagnose the problem. We will then begin a treatment programme and talk you through any rehabilitation exercises you should do at home and why they are required. We have found the approach of ‘hands on’ treatment with rehabilitation exercises is by far the best way of treating the majority of conditions.

Book your Initial Assessment online via the button below.
