Fun weekly classes for improved strength, coordination and flexibility
Pilates is a form of exercise which works to re-train your deep postural muscles and improve core strength and stability. Our weekly pilates classes are great fun. You’ll make lots of new friends while developing your strength, coordination and flexibility.
Your instructor, Claire Gurney, is one of our chartered physiotherapists and also a qualified pilates Instructor. Our class sizes are a bit smaller than you will find elsewhere. This is because we want them to feel personal and to make sure that you receive lots of one-to-one hands-on instruction, helping you to get the most out of every class.
Classes are every Tuesday at 6.00pm and 7.15pm, and are held at the David Lloyd Health Club, Drayton High Road, Norwich (see map above for directions). The cost for a course of 6 classes is just £54 (£9 per class).
