Joe Cousens began working in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, with a keen interest in helping people to achieve their health and fitness goals. This led him to pursue a career in Physiotherapy and Joe subsequently completed his degree at the University of East Anglia.
Since working as a Physiotherapist Joe has been able to help a range of patients to reach their goals, whether that be a reduction in pain, walking to the shops or getting back to a hobby that they have missed.
He has previously worked with local rugby clubs as a conditioning coach in order to help prevent injuries and draws on past experiences to ensure that his patients achieve optimal physical and mental recovery.
Outside of work, Joe likes to keep active by playing rugby, football and being in the gym.
